Trick no.1
Go to the settings > Then click on the System settings or Additional settings > Click on the backup and reset option > click on erase all data (fectory reset) > Now click on the reset system settings only.
Trick no 2
Go to the settings > Then click on the System settings or Additional settings > Click on the backup and reset option > click on erase all data (fectory reset) > Now click on the reset Network settings .
Trick no 3
Go to settings > system settings >Reset > reset network settings
Then restart your phone.
After restart go to
Settings> apps > apps management > select camera storage > clear cache and clear data.
